Hello , if you are interested in running the Opencv 3.0 on your Linkit Smart module 7688 , I created a VM for Linux and installed the eclipse, the opencv 3.0 and croos compile for Linkit . You can download by this link.
You can test first on x86 and then on MIPS :)

Here some TIPS

·         ROOT PASSWORD = osboxes.org
·         VM ubuntu 64bits
